Engineering Center presented an award of recognition to Jeff Whitelaw

Last month, we opened the newest branch of our U.S. headquarters based in Suwanee, Georgia: Mitsubishi Electric US, Cooling and Heating Division’s Engineering Center. Located on the south end of the Suwanee Facility, the Engineering Center is a 16,800-square-foot space dedicated to research and development. About 50 employees make up the division which houses Controls Engineering, Product Engineering, Industry and Government Affairs, as well as employees in Quality, Compressor Sales and Finance.

On Wed., October 24, Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS) and Mitsubishi Electric US HVAC (MEUS) leadership celebrated the opening of the new facility. Atsuhiro Yabu, chief executive officer, METUS, presented an award of recognition to Jeff Whitelaw, vice president of engineering, MEUS. The award and opening of the Engineering Center are a testament to Mitsubishi Electric’s commitment to the U.S. market. With top-of-the-line innovations and ongoing research and development, we’re working every day for a more sustainable and efficient future.

And a huge thanks to our engineering teams! Because of our engineers, we are pleased to offer our customers quality HVAC systems and service.
