On Wednesday, April 11, our Customer Care Center Team celebrated their 1 millionth contact! The team, led by Michelle Smith, Felice Sadler and Heather Richardson, has been working toward this landmark achievement since the Customer Care Center’s inception in May 2012. Our 25 team members handle 600 to 1,300 inbound customer contacts per day. These committed professionals enthusiastically serve our broad range of customers at every level and through multiple channels, including Distributors, Contractors, Engineers, Architects and End Users.
“We have a handful of team members that have been with Customer Care since it started in 2012 so this is epic for them,” expressed customer care supervisor, Heather Richardson. “While this is a monumental achievement for our department, it is a victory for the entire company. We are elated to announce our one-millionth contact, but also thankful for the continuous support from our customers. We will continue striving for industry-leading customer service!”
With a single toll-free number to serve all customer needs, the Customer Care Team is able to effectively and efficiently handle calls from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. Customer experience is key and with highly trained staff and specialists on standby, 70 percent of calls can be resolved without transfer.
