Diamond Service Group (DSG) members – 168 in total – gathered last month at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place, Duluth, Ga., for our 2014 DSG Conference. This annual event brings together our nationwide network of distributor technical service professionals. We provide high-level technical support and instruction geared towards empowering DSG members to achieve superior product support.
This year’s conference, held from March 18-20, included:
- Breakout sessions on new innovative HVAC products.
- Educational sessions for updated technical support, including troubleshooting tips.
- Open forum for DSG members to exchange ideas, experiences and solutions.
The DSG program was founded in 2003 with a handful of members and since then, has expanded throughout North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. We are pleased to host such an important event each year to help our members grow their businesses and together enhance DSG operations nationwide.
